YOU GOT AN “LOI” – Now What Do You Do?

If you receive a letter of investigation (LOI), it begins at the Flight Standards District Office (FSDO). You will receive the LOI and will have the option to contact the FSDO, ignore or contact your aviation attorney.

If you received a letter of proposed certificate action, that is a serious matter and may result in the suspension or revocation of your airmen certificates!
