Mr. Buntrock is a shareholder of the firm and he manages the firm’s Business Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy departments. He has been a practicing attorney since 1994 and is rated “AV” by Lexis-Nexis Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review.

Mr. Buntrock has presented lectures and seminars to various professionals on the selection and formation of corporations, employment contracts, worker’s compensation, banking law and protection of intellectual property.
