The Partners of the Firm

Paul Rowley serves as Rowley Chapman Barney & Buntrock's managing partner with over 25 years experience in law firm management and supervises the family law and aviation law departments, as well as the overall delivery of the firm's vast array of legal services. He also serves as a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge pro tem.

Kevin Chapman joined the firm in 1992 and he has been the head of the accident and injury department since 1994. He has extensive litigation experience and oversees the personal injury and business immigration departments. He became a partner of the firm in 2002.

Kenneth Barney has been an Estate Planning attorney with the firm since 1999. He became a partner of the firm in 2005. His practice emphasizes wills, living trusts, power of attorneys, irrevocable trusts, probate administration and trust administration, guardianships, and conservatorships.

Shane Buntrock has been with the firm since 2006 and he manages the firm's Litigation, Business Law, Bankruptcy Law and Real Estate departments. He has been a practicing attorney since 1994 and is rated * AV® by Lexis-Nexis Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review.
